At The Boujee Nursee, LLC our goal is to offer you the best shipping options, no matter where you live. We deliver to customers all across the United States or abroad, ensuring that we provide the very highest levels of responsiveness to you at all times.

When purchasing anything from the Vendor Lists section (collection) on this website, please note this is an ELECTRONIC document, not a physical hard copy or a physical product, only a list of vendors.  You will automatically receive your digital vendor lists to download via email after proof of purchase.  Please ensure that you provide the CORRECT EMAIL ADDRESS at checkout, as due to the nature of our vendor lists or any of our products, a strict NO REFUNDS or EXCHANGES policy is enforced. Once our vendor lists have been sent to you, we can not issue any refunds or exchanges, and when purchasing, you automatically agree to these terms.

Also, please note the links are available for instant download immediately after purchase. However, in some cases, it may take up to 24hrs to receive if we need further to verify your payment or payment method. Additionally, the digital copy of the link(s) is sent via the email that you provided.  If you do not see them in your inbox, please check your spam. For physical items, products or services from this website there is the two part time frame for all order delivery:

• Processing time: order verification, tailoring, quality check and packaging.
  -Orders are sent to the manufacturer (if applicable) and/or The Boujee Nursee, LLC for dispatch usually within 24-72 hours (2-3 weeks for all customized orders) after the order is placed. Processing times may be delayed up to 10 business days during high volume order times such as sale events, holidays, etc.  The manufacturer and/or The Boujee Nursee, LLC will process the orders, which may take an additional 3-7days.
• Shipping time: the time it takes for items to be shipped from The Boujee Nursee, LLC or the manufacturer to the requested destination.  
  -After processing and leaving The Boujee Nursee, LLC or the manufacturer, items usually take between 3-7 and/or up to 31 days to arrive at the requested destination but can take longer.   We hope you understand and know that we appreciate your support.  USA orders are shipped by either UPS, DHL, USPS,  FED X, which is a USA Postal Service product. International delivery usually takes about 15–40 business days. Travel time is based on the shipment option chosen at checkout. Most priority shipped orders take 2-3 business days to arrive.

NOTE: Travel/Transit time does NOT include processing times. We are NOT responsible for delayed shipments due to any mail carrier’s delays.

*Please be expected longer shipping delay due to the high volume of orders (boujeescopees, bags, crocees, devicees etc.) & due to COVID-19 of shipments inbound and outbound as they are being affected.  Certain packages are being prioritize by the shipping carriers.

The Steps (may vary):  Receive your order.  Wait for payment to be released.  Prepare your order.  Package your order.  Pick-up/drop-off by our mail service.  Process through sort facility.  Transported to destination.  Depart your local post office.  Out for delivery.  Delivered.
