FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS:

ORDER MODIFICATION/CANCELLATION

    1. Can I cancel my order?

Once an order is placed, The Boujee Nursee, LLC are unable to cancel your order. Please be 100% sure of your purchase before submitting order. Please check the name of the vendor lists or any items, products, or services you choose to purchase or order at checkout to make sure it is the correct one.  All sales are FINAL.

     2.  Can I change my order?

Order changes are not acceptable, as all sales are FINAL.

      3. Can I change my shipping address or email address?

The Boujee Nursee, LLC will be happy to change the shipping address for any non-electronic document/file/copy or digital document/file/copy, physical items, products, or services you order as long as The Boujee Nursee, LLC haven’t already processed your order with a tracking number! Please send an email to theboujeenursee@gmail.com with your order number and the updated address ASAP, as The Boujee Nursee are only able to make changes to your order if it has not entered the shipping process yet.

The BoujeeNursee, LLC WILL NOT change the email address on any electronic document/file/copy, so please ensure that the correct email address is provided when purchasing as ALL SALES ARE FINAL.

 

SHIPPING (FOR PHYSICAL PRODUCTS, ITEMS, OR SERVICES ONLY)

  1. How long will it take for my order to be shipped? 

All of The Boujee Nursee, LLC orders are inspected prior to shipment to ensure correct order is processed.  All orders may have a 1-3 business day (2-3 weeks for all customized orders) processing time BEFORE shipment. Processing times may be delayed up to 10 business days during high volume order times such as sale events, holidays, etc.  Transit time for U.S orders shipped with standard shipping is typically 3-7 and/or 31 business days. Travel time is based on the shipment option chosen at checkout. Most priority shipped orders take 2-3 business days to arrive.

NOTE: Travel/Transit time does NOT include processing times. The Boujee Nursee, LLC are NOT responsible for delayed shipments due to any mail carrier’s delays.

*Please be expected longer shipping delay due to the high volume of orders & due to COVID-19 of shipments inbound and outbound as they are being affected.  Certain packages are being prioritize by the shipping carriers.

    2.  How can I track my order?

Tracking information can be sent via e-mail as soon as an order is shipped out. To track your order refer to the e-mail with the tracking link or download the SHOP app at checkout. If for some reason you do not receive an e-mail or you believe your tracking number does not work, contact The Nursee Boujee, LLC using the contact us form on the website or by sending an email to theboujeenursee@gmail.com.

    3.  I didn’t receive my order?

Once your order is shipped it is your responsibility to track your order while in transit. If their are any problems with your order while in transit The Boujee Nursee, LLC are happy to help in any way possible, however we here at The Boujee Nursee are not liable nor responsible for any packages that has been shipped and not received.

    4.  What if my order is returned back to The Boujee Nursee?

If an order is returned to The Boujee Nursee due to incorrect address or any delivery error from the customer, you will be notified via email, phone call, or text and the order can be re-sent once the customer has paid for another additional shipping fee and The Boujee Nursee, LLC have the correct address . 

    5.  What if the package fails to update or is delivered status but wasn’t?

If your package fails to update or states it has been delivered and it wasn’t, contact the mail carrier (for example USPS, etc.) immediately, many times the package is still in their possession.  If your package is LOST/STOLEN, most mail carrier such as USPS policy states a package is considered lost after no delivery attempts have been made and 15 business days have elapsed since the mailing date. A package is considered stolen if a package has been updated to delivered status yet the customer never received package. Whether your package has been lost or stolen, USPS policy states that a claim can not be filed until 15 days have elapsed since the mailing date. If you believe your package has been lost/stolen, contact the mail carrier (for example USPS,etc.).  After 15 business days have passed, contact the mail carrier, if your package has yet to arrive and file a claim.  The Boujee Nursee is not responsible for lost/stolen packages and you will need to contact the mail carrier (for example USPS, etc).

    6.  My tracking says delivered, but I haven't received my package and I don't see it, what do I do?

Often times, USPS marks a package as delivered but ends up delivering next business day. The Boujee Nursee, LLC recommend waiting it out one business day to see if your package ends up arriving. If not, The Boujee Nursee is not responsible for lost/stolen packages and you will need to contact the mail carrier (for example USPS, etc). 

    7.  I typed in the wrong address, can you change it?

If your package has already been sent out, you will need to contact mail carrier (for example USPS, etc.) to see if you are able to correct the address. The Boujee Nursee and/or any mail carrier are/is not responsible for incorrect addresses inputted or entered by the customers. If your package ends up getting sent back to The Boujee Nursee, LLC you will need to cover the additional shipping fee for The Boujee Nursee to send it back out again.

    8.  Do you ship internationally? How long will it take?

No, we do not ship internationally at this time.

 

RETURN/EXCHANGES

  1. Can I return my order?

There is a no refund/exchange policy on any/all purchases or orders, as all sales are FINAL. Please be 100% sure of your purchase before submitting order. Please check the name of the vendor lists or any items, products, or services you choose to purchase or order at checkout to make sure it is the correct one.


PREORDER

  1. What does preorder refer to?

All preorder items, products, or services will be ordered by The Boujee Nursee, LLC from the/a vendor at the/that time payment is received, as per a special occasion and shipping will be longer than usual.  Please note that when an items, products, or services is described as a preorder, it means that your entire order will be shipped.  If you order other items, products, or services along with the preorder items, products, or services, they will be delayed.  Please place 2 orders if you want the rest of your items, products, or services immediately.

 

WHOLESALE

  1. Do you all wholesale?

No, not at this time! But when The Boujee Nursee, LLC does, we will offer wholesale on various items, products, or services, please DM @theboujeenursee on Instagram for inquires for wholesale or feel free to send an email to The Boujee Nursee, LLC at theboujeenursee@gmail.com and you will receive a response within 24-48hours.


RESTOCK/OUT OF STOCK/SOLD OUT

  1. What does out of stock and/or sold out refer to?

If an items, products, or services shows out of stock and/or sold out on the website, check with The Boujee Nursee, LLC via DM @theboujeenursee on Instagram and inquire about the items, products, or services or feel free to send an email to The Boujee Nursee, LLC at theboujeenursee@gmail.com and you will receive a response within 24-48hours.

    2.  The item I like is out of stock, what should I do?

The Boujee Nursee, LLC restock most items, products, or services, to keep up on restocks follow The Boujee Nursee, LLC on Instagram @theboujeenursee or DM to inquire about the items, products, or services.  If you have an urgent question about items, products, or services feel free to send an email to The Boujee Nursee, LLC at theboujeenursee@gmail.com and you will receive a response within 24-48hours.

 

LIMITED EDITION

  1. What does limited edition refer to?

Limited edition are items, products, or services that are released and sold through a certain date or while supplies last. Once sold out it will not be restocked.  

 

COLLABORATIONS

  1. Do you do any collaborations?

The Boujee Nursee, LLC are always open to collaborations with anyone!  If you are an nurse, physician, healthcare hero, MUA, stylist, blogger, influencer, etc., and would like to become or join The Boujee Nursee, LLC family visit the contact page, and include your social media platforms in the message description and The Boujee Nursee, LLC will contact you shortly. You can also send an e-mail to theboujeenursee@gmail.com containing your full name, and social media platforms.

    2.  Do you have any PR openings?

Not at this moment. The Boujee Nursee, LLC are adding our PR team little by little. Once The Boujee Nursee, LLC finish our list, we will make a public announcement so everyone has a chance to enter. The Boujee Nursee, LLC want to be fair to everyone.


DISCOUNT/PROMO CODES

  1. I placed an order and forgot to use a discount code. Can I add it?

Unfortunately, orders that have already been placed cannot be changed and discounts cannot be added after a purchase has finalized.  Instead, please use your code on your next purchase, if the discount code has not expired.

    2.  Can I use multiple promo/discount codes?

No, only one promo/discount code can be used per order.

 

LASHES/WEAVES (this section is N/A at this time; as of 5/15/2023)

  1. Are your eyelashes cruelty free?

Yes. The Boujee Nursee, LLC lashes are made of mink fur. The Boujee Nursee, LLC are always cruelty-free and hypo-allergenic. All The Boujee Nursee, LLC manufacturer's lashes are sterilized and sanitized before hand use for safety.  Also see The Boujee Nursee Lash Application and Care policy.

    2.  How many times can I wear a pair of lashes?

The Boujee Nursee, LLC manufacturer's lashes are 100% handcrafted lashes that are design to be worn up 20 or more wears, if well maintained and used properly.  Also see The Boujee Nursee Lash Application and Care policy.

    3.  Are all The Boujee Nursee weave beauty collections 100% human hair?

Yes, all are 100 % Remy human hair.  Please see The Boujee Nursee, LLC Hair Care policy.
